Speed Unlimited was founded in 1978 by John Boyden, as a side
business to support his drag racing hobby. Soon after, Donnie
Culbertson joined him and John decided to make Speed Unlimited his
primary business.
In 1986, we moved to our current location at 210 New Warrington Rd in
Pensacola, Florida. In the past 22 years we have grown from a small
two man operation selling mostly headers and carburetors, to the
most trusted name on the gulf coast coast for both the casual
enthusiast and the hard core racer.
From the street performance enthusiast to the hardcore NHRA class
racers, Outllaw Street Car racers, and Pro Modified races, you will find
that Speed Unlimited to be your one stop shop for all your high

Our Staff
John Boyden, Owner
With over 40 years of racing experience from NHRA stock eliminator,
to Pro Modified to Outlaw Real Street, John has done it all. John has a
heavy background in Muscle Cars, Bracket Racing, Big Block/Small
Block Chevrolet high horsepower and nitrous applications, and Small
and Big Block Chryslers.
Donnie Culbertson, Owner
Donnie has over 35 years high performance experience, and is our
resident Ford Guru. From stock small blocks, to monster Windsors,
FE's and Big Blocks, Donnie's years of experience have helped him
build some of the fastest fords around.
Chad Rhodes
Sales and Tech/Internet Sales
Specializing in Late Model EFI, LS1 and Forced Induction fuel injection
applications, both ford and GM, as well as General Motors Stock and
Superstock technology, Chad has over 15 years of racing background
from Karts, to NHRA Stock Eliminator to NMRA Drag Radial.
Tim Beal
Sales and Tech
Tim has over 20 years of automotive parts experience. He is a jack of
all trades with a well rounded knowledge of lots of GM, Ford, and
Chrysler trucks and muscle cars
